Position Summary...We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of outbound dispatch capabilities across our automation ecosystem. This role owns the critical transition between automated fulfillment operations and the drivers and customers who depend on them, creating a reliable, efficient, and scalable outbound flow that improves operational performance, driver productivity, and customer experience. thinking, technical fluency, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams across engineering, automation, transportation, operations, design, analytics, and field leadership. What you'll do...Own the outbound dispatch product strategy
• Define the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Establish end-to-end order flow from automation through customer handoff.
• Translate operational challenges into scalable product capabilities.
• Balance customer, driver, operations, transportation, and automation priorities.
• Build business cases and investment recommendations.
Improve the automation-to-driver handoff
• Ensure orders are complete, accurate, staged, and ready for drivers.
• Reduce driver wait time, dwell time, search time, and loading friction.
• Improve synchronization between automation, dispatch, and transportation.
• Define exception-management capabilities.
• Provide clear operational visibility throughout the handoff.
Protect the customer experience
• Optimize dispatch decisions for delivery commitments, freshness, and quality.
• Partner with customer-facing teams on accurate order status.
• Identify failure modes and develop proactive recovery capabilities.
Lead discovery, execution, and iteration
• Lead products from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Partner across engineering, automation, transportation, operations, design, and analytics.
• Define requirements, dependencies, success metrics, and operational readiness.
• Resolve cross-system dependencies and drive trade-off decisions.
Use data to guide product decisions
• Build metrics, dashboards, and instrumentation.
• Analyze operational performance and identify investment opportunities.
• Define KPIs and validate solutions through pilots and experiments.
• Drive continuous improvement using data and SQL.
