What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and other communication systems to receive calls for service, prioritize incidents, and dispatch security-related personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Document incidents, service requests, maintenance concerns, and unusual activity in dispatch logs and reports, communicating important updates to site leadership and/or responding personnel.
  • Coordinate responses to medical, fire, weather, and other critical situations by relaying accurate information, tracking the status of calls, and directing resources based on current location needs.
  • Support security-related operations across the location by maintaining situational awareness, assisting with access-related communications, and helping to deter unauthorized activity through timely reporting and dispatch coordination.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
