Position: Part-Time Dispatcher
Hourly Rate: $17 per hour

We are dedicated to providing high-quality cannabis products and exceptional service to our valued customers. As our business expands, we are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Part-Time Dispatcher to join our team.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and dispatch delivery drivers for efficient order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and manage the delivery schedule to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
  • Communicate with drivers to provide directions and address any issues during deliveries.
  • Assist in managing inventory and product availability for efficient order processing.
  • Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with age and identification requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including answering inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
  • Ensure adherence to all state and local regulations related to cannabis delivery operations.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
