The Columbus Post Dispatch is hiring a full-time Delivery Coordinator to support our Circulation Distribution team in Columbus, OH. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure products are prepared, distributed, and delivered accurately and on time.

About the Role

As a Delivery Coordinator, you will support the daily operations of the distribution center by coordinating product flow, assisting independent contractors, communicating with transportation teams, and helping resolve delivery needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys active work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that keeps customers and retailers served every day.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate the accurate and timely distribution of daily, Sunday, and non-daily products.

· Prepare paperwork and help cover distribution center needs as assigned.

· Report shortages, overages, make-ups, and pick-ups to the Transportation Department.

· Distribute products to independent contractors and provide route support.

· Assist with weekly total market coverage deliveries and verification redelivery to retail locations.

· Load, unload, and move products as needed to support daily operations.

· Deliver open routes when assigned by the Distribution Manager.

· Provide professional service when working with customers, retailers, contractors, and the public.
