As a Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Driver in Toronto, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Dispatch Security Professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and support timely responses to security-related needs. Your visible presence and professional service will help deter incidents while fostering a welcoming environment. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
  • Dispatch personnel and coordinate responses to alarms, incidents, critical situations, and routine service requests using radios, telephones, and dispatch systems.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing communications, maintain accurate dispatch logs, and document incidents, notifications, and follow-up actions in accordance with site procedures.
  • Coordinate with site contacts, supervisors, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership during incidents, outages, evacuations, and other operational disruptions.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, entrances, and perimeter locations when assigned, reporting unusual conditions or security-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
