R+L Carriers has an immediate need for a Dispatch Clerk to work in our Wilmington, OH Service Center office. Responsibilities will include answering calls on a multi-line system, redirecting calls to appropriate contacts, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and assisting dispatchers. Other duties may be assigned as needed by management.
Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
  • Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
  • Dependable and well organized
  • Must be computer literate
  • Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook, and other Microsoft products

Preferred:
  • 2+ years of experience as a clerk or similar role in a fast-paced environment
  • Freight logistics experience
