As a Security Officer Radio Dispatch Driver in Carrollton, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, and support timely responses to security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a chemical and petrochemical location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, prioritizing calls for service and communicating details to on-site personnel and local responders as needed.
  • Monitor dispatch systems, phones, radios, cameras, and other reporting tools to coordinate routine activity and support timely security-related communication across the location.
  • Document incidents, visitor activity, maintenance concerns, and/or unusual conditions in logs and reports, helping to support accurate recordkeeping and follow-up.
  • Assist with coordinating regular and random patrol activity around the business and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and support site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
