Job description

You will serve as a REGIONAL DISPATCH CENTER MANAGER in the Region Dispatch Center of COMNAVREG MIDLANT NORFOLK.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as a formal supervisor or team lead, with direct responsibility for managing workload distribution, setting performance standards, and guiding professional development. 2) Interpreting law enforcement policies. 3) Directing, mentoring, and evaluating multi-disciplinary staff within a high-tempo operational environment (such as a Regional Dispatch Center) to ensure mission readiness and continuous professional development. 4) Developing and executing formal performance plans, administering incentive awards, and resolving highly complex employee grievances, disputes, or administrative conflicts. Note- Resume must demonstrate specialized experience.
