We are currently hiring for a Line Assembler to join our Ligman North America team and contribute to our mission of creating beautifully illuminated and sustainable environments.

**This role is required to be onsite in our Hillsboro location.  

Job Description

As a Line Assembler, your primary responsibility will be assembling lighting components with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all products meet quality standards before leaving the production line. You will be integral to maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship in our fixtures.

  • Assemble lighting products in accordance with company standards and specifications.
  • Inspect and verify the quality of assembled products before packaging.
  • Report any defects or issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Utilize power drills and other hand tools to assemble components.
  • Load and unload trucks with products and materials for deliveries and new orders.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely product dispatch.
  • Assist with inventory management by counting and organizing incoming materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on tools and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production improvements and workflow optimization.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred but not required.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

  • Flexibility to work different shifts if required.

  • Capable of lifting and moving heavy materials up to 50 pounds or more.
