Position: Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator

Location: Portland, OR (In-Person / Not Remote) Position Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM) Compensation: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour DOE

What You’ll Do:

As the central heartbeat of our yard operations, you will serve as the primary communication link between our customers, drivers, scale house, and management.

  • Coordinate the Fleet: Schedule and dispatch daily routes for roll-offs, flatbeds, end dumps, and container chassis.
  • Customer Service: Receive and schedule incoming service requests via phone and email from our industrial and manufacturing accounts.
  • Real-Time Tracking: Monitor driver progress, communicate route changes, and coordinate container deliveries, exchanges, and pickups.
  • System Management: Maintain accurate digital dispatch records using our industry-specific software and Microsoft applications.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or fast-paced customer service. Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or recycling environment is a major plus.
