The Lead Product Manager, Product and Pricing Platform is part of the Commerce team and works with operations, commercial business strategy, platform development and executive teams within Disney Parks, Experiences & Products Technology and Digital on industry-leading, sellable product and pricing capabilities for Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Disneyland Paris. You will be the product leader for upcoming, strategic initiatives and will set priority and focus for the Cast Service and Site Solutions Team through Salesforce Integrations and Product and Pricing Platforms. The Lead Product Manager will provide leadership and partnership to teams to align, frame, and deliver the strategic vision and will provide clear, product-focused direction to all stakeholders. The Lead Product Manager will contribute to Agile feature development, creation/oversight of epics, user stories, and requirements and will have the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization across a variety of technologies.

You Will

Oversee and support end-to-end product delivery of the Disney Parks Experiences, Product & Pricing Platforms, Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated applications go-to-market activities

Communicate changes in strategic direction or priority shifts to executive leadership

Support post-go-live and sustainment activities for the supported applications

Use insights from user research, focus groups, and behavioral analytics for data-driven user story creation and prioritization

Translate product concepts into user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, and test cases that will move improvement features to market

Consult as a Jira expert to all teams to clearly communicate workflows and organization

Represent the sellable product & pricing roadmap, considering input from key stakeholders and being mindful of continued innovation across the company

You Have

Must have 7+ years of experience working in product management within a large and matrix organization

Must have strong experience with development methodologies, notably Scrum and Agile

Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Lead PM

Salesforce Service Cloud experience strongly preferred

Demonstrated leadership in building experiences and capabilities that progress teams and platforms forward in an industry

Experience identifying and addressing technical, financial, and operational issues in an enterprise organization

Comfortability working with distributed teams with varying/flexible work hours

Required Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study or equal experience required.

The hiring range for this position in Orlando is $148,300.00-$180,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
