Position: Disney Vacation Specialist (Remote)

As a Disney Vacation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with the most magical company in the world and help our clients plan their dream Disney vacations.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Disney Vacation Specialist to join our team. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while still delivering top-notch service to our clients. Your main responsibility will be to assist clients in planning their Disney vacations, including booking accommodations, tickets, dining reservations, and creating personalized itineraries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients interested in planning a Disney vacation

- Understand and stay up-to-date on all Disney destinations, resorts, attractions, and experiences

- Work with clients to understand their preferences and budget to create customized Disney vacation packages

- Book accommodations, tickets, and dining reservations for clients

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure all client needs and requests are met

- Stay organized and maintain accurate records of client bookings and itineraries

- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and expertise to enhance the overall client experience

- Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to improve the Disney vacation planning process for our clients

Preferred Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Disney Vacation Specialist or in a similar role

- Extensive knowledge of all Disney destinations, resorts, attractions, and experiences

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely, while still being a team player

- Passion for travel and creating unforgettable experiences for clients

- Must be available to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed

Contract Details:

This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary and benefits package. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. However, candidates located in the Orlando, FL area are preferred. Occasional travel to Disney destinations may be required for training and familiarization trips.
