Job description

Production Assistant – Printing & Promotional Products


We are an established printing and promotional products company headquartered in Texas, with a remote office based in Fort Collins, Colorado. We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our team and learn the printing and promotional products business from the ground up.


No printing industry experience is required. We are happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude, good communication skills, strong computer abilities, and a willingness to learn.


What You’ll Do


You’ll assist with a variety of customer projects, including printed materials, signs, apparel, promotional products, and other custom products.


Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:


* Helping organize and track customer projects from start to finish

* Preparing and organizing digital files

* Creating simple product mockups and customer presentations

* Using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to assist with mockups, research, writing, and project preparation

* Communicating regularly with our customer service and production teams at our Texas headquarters

* Keeping project information, files, and deadlines organized

* Helping make sure the details of each project are correct before it moves into production


An Ideal Opportunity For

This could be an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate with coursework or experience in areas such as:

However, a college degree is not required.


About the Position

This is an entry-level position with room to grow within the company. You will receive training in printing, promotional products, customer projects, file preparation, AI-assisted presentation tools, and the processes we use to take a project from an idea through production.
