These markets are served through a powerful portfolio of iconic and innovative brands, including CNBC, MS NOW, USA Network, Golf Channel, Oxygen, E!, SYFY, and Versant's sports division USA Sports, along with complementary digital assets including Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow and GolfPass.

Job Description

The Opportunity

Versant’s Operations and Technology Field Operations team is seeking a Production Coordinator to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to Production & Technical Managers and Production Analysis. This role helps bring large-scale events and remote productions to life by coordinating logistics, travel, equipment, vendors, financial documentation, and other critical production needs.

You’ll work across production teams, technical partners, vendors, talent, and internal stakeholders to keep complex workflows organized and moving forward. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

Why This Role Matters: Your work will help ensure our production teams have the people, equipment, information, and logistical support they need to execute successfully. By anticipating needs, maintaining accurate documentation, and resolving challenges quickly, you’ll contribute directly to efficient and reliable production operations.

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from our Englewood Cliffs office a minimum of three days per week.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate logistics for large-scale events and remote productions, including scheduling, equipment needs, certificates of insurance, vendor coordination, shipping, and production materials.
  • Partner with Production & Technical Managers to execute production plans and help ensure technical, operational, and logistical requirements are addressed on time.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodations for production teams and talent while supporting the packing, shipping, and tracking of equipment and materials.
  • Support production financial processes, including budget tracking, production actuals, expense reporting, invoice processing, and the responsible handling of confidential information.
  • Serve as a key point of coordination among production teams, vendors, talent, and internal departments, communicating updates and helping resolve issues as they arise.
  • Maintain production documentation and operational checklists, support production technology and equipment needs, and proactively identify solutions to keep productions running smoothly.
Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in production coordination, production operations, or a related role; experience supporting large-scale events or remote productions is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with production teams, talent, management, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with production management tools and systems is preferred.
  • Experience with Concur, SNAP, and/or SAP is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on production schedules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communications, Media Studies, Operations Management, or a related field preferred, or relevant professional experience.

You’ll also bring Versant’s How We Do It behaviors to your work: Trust in handling sensitive information and following through on commitments; Teamwork in collaborating across production, technical, finance, and vendor teams; Transparency through clear, timely communication; Agility when priorities, schedules, and production needs change; and Entrepreneurial Spirit by anticipating challenges, taking initiative, and finding practical solutions that move the work forward.

Bonus points: Experience supporting remote or live-event productions, familiarity with production technology and equipment workflows, and a track record of solving logistical challenges under tight timelines.

Why You’ll Love It Here

This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to high-profile productions while working alongside experienced production, technical, and operational teams. You’ll gain exposure to multiple areas of the production lifecycle and have opportunities to build relationships across Versant while developing your production operations expertise.

The salary range for this position is $60,000–$70,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and other job-related considerations.

Employees based in our Englewood Cliffs office have access to a variety of convenient on-site services and amenities, including free employee parking, complimentary electric vehicle charging stations, an on-site fitness center with locker rooms and towel service, and dry-cleaning drop-off and pick-up. To support an easier commute, shuttle service is also available to and from the Englewood Cliffs campus, with pickup locations across Manhattan’s East Side and West Side, Brooklyn, Hoboken, Jersey City, Newark, and Secaucus.
