Disney Vacation Club, a leader in vacation ownership, debuted in 1991 with a flexible, vacation points-based system that allows 250,000 member families from approximately 100 countries to discover the joys of membership through vacation experiences that are flexible and can be personalized to their vacation interests.

As a Senior Order Control Clerk for Disney Vacation Club, you will support daily operations by coordinating purchasing, inventory management, receiving, distribution, and payment processing for food and beverage items, operational supplies, office supplies, and vendor services. Supporting multiple Disney Vacation Club locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort, you will partner closely with Food & Beverage, Operations, and other teams to ensure products and services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory, purchasing, and payment processes while providing support and coverage for fellow Order Control Clerks as needed.

The Sr Order Control Clerk will report to the Sales Support & Services Manager and sits in Lake Buena Vista, FL.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels, asset assignments, and inventory systems supporting the Disney Vacation Club Preview Center and designated Sales Center locations.

  • Administer East and West Coast Cast Member costume inventory programs, ensuring accurate assignment, tracking, transfers, returns, and accountability.

  • Conduct inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records to support operational readiness and asset management.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate inventory replenishment, costume ordering, and issue resolution.

  • Manage purchasing and expense activities through Coupa, CrunchTime, and Concur, including purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, procurement card transactions, and financial documentation in compliance with company policies.

  • Receive, inspect, verify, organize, and replenish inventory delivered through Disney Distribution Centers and approved vendors.

  • Coordinate inventory support across multiple Disney Vacation Club locations, including Sales Centers and Member Lounges, ensuring consistent supply availability and operational preparedness.

  • Coordinate vendor services, operational equipment support, and facility maintenance requests while partnering with Engineering, Facilities, Housekeeping, and Custodial teams to address business needs.

  • Maintain organized storage, receiving, cooler, and freezer areas in accordance with inventory control, safety, and food handling standards.

  • Support Front of House food and beverage replenishment, operational projects, special events, and departmental initiatives through inventory planning, supply coordination, equipment management, and logistical support.

  • Analyze inventory and purchasing data to identify process improvements, reduce discrepancies, optimize inventory levels, and improve operational efficiency.

  • Serve as a subject matter resource for inventory management, procurement processes, vendor coordination, inventory systems, and operational support practices.

  • Provide operational and event support as needed, including ordering supplies, coordinating event set-up and breakdown, assisting with infrastructure needs, traveling off Disney property to obtain supplies or materials, and supporting other business-related operational activities as assigned by Operations or Sales leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, supply chain, procurement, operations support, or a related field.

  • Experience using inventory, warehouse management, procurement, or logistics systems, including CrunchTime, SAP, Accounts Payable (AP), HOTSOS, or similar platforms.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively navigate multiple software applications and business systems.

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision.

  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

  • Experience operating material handling equipment, including an electric pallet jack, with current pallet jack certification/training or the ability to successfully complete pallet jack training upon hire.

  • Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record and a minimum of five (5) years of safe driving history.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, walk extensively throughout the property, and remain on your feet for extended periods.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Inventory Control Clerk, Warehouse Coordinator, Purchasing Coordinator, Logistics Specialist, Operations Support Specialist, or in a similar inventory, procurement, or operations-focused role.

  • Experience utilizing inventory, warehouse management, procurement, or logistics systems, including CrunchTime, SAP, Accounts Payable (AP), or similar platforms.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and maintaining spreadsheets, analyzing data, utilizing formulas and functions, generating reports, and supporting inventory and financial tracking.

  • Experience partnering with vendors, suppliers, or uniform providers to manage inventory replenishment, order requests, and service needs.

  • Experience coordinating inventory distribution across multiple locations, departments, or business units.

  • Experience processing purchase orders, procurement card (P-Card) transactions, invoices, expense reconciliation, and related financial documentation.

  • Experience leveraging technology, inventory systems, and reporting tools to support inventory management, purchasing activities, and operational decision-making.

  • Knowledge of Walt Disney World property operations, systems, policies, and procedures.

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
