OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Line Cook to join our awesome Culinary team at Level99 Natick, working side by side with other team members and the management team for all elements of menu execution. The Line Cook wants to get things right, continually improving, learning from mistakes, and remembering the small details are just as important as the big ones. A successful Line Cook will be able to learn and take direction, while executing at our high standards.
 
The Level99 Line Cook demonstrates a joyful and positive approach to challenging situations and working with others. You are strong in teamwork, people management and have the right personality for the job. A successful Line Cook will display honesty and personal integrity that is above reproach, choosing humility over the need to “be right,” and in all things acts as though they are the Owner and Operator of their venue.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works with the Culinary Leadership Team ensuring continuous compliance with all relevant federal/state laws, insurance requirements, Landlord regulations, and company policies by maintaining employee safety within the kitchen and restaurant space while being proactive about potential challenges to the welfare of staff and guests.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which will include days, nights, weekends and holidays as well as emergency responsiveness as required
  • Able to work ten hour-plus shifts, plus ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time, walk up and down stairs
  • Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
