The Disaster Recovery Resiliency Analyst will be responsible for Disaster Recovery plan management and documentation for business critical and infrastructure applications. Concentrated functional areas of job performance include: 

  • Managing the creation and ongoing maintenance of Disaster Recovery plans and supporting documentation for critical applications and core infrastructure
  • Participating in activities to improve and support DR program operations
  • Assisting with the management of an actual disaster event which impacts organizational assets
  • Develop DR materials by working with and educating application teams, infrastructure teams, management, and businesses in the documentation of DR Plans
  • Provide insight into the design, development, implementation, and testing of disaster recovery technology including cloud-based solutions
  • Facilitate discussions on platform dependencies and application interdependencies
  • Understand the complexities of methodologies for recovering services at an alternative location including external cloud suppliers
  • Analyze applications and interdependencies to understand the landscape of applications for which plans need to be written
  • Develop/document/improve process and guidelines which support the Disaster Recovery program. Use enterprise-approved AI tools and technologies to streamline disaster recovery workflows, automate routine task management, and drive continuous improvement in plan development
  • Participate in an on call rotation

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • 5 years of overall hands-on IT experience
  • 3 years of experience with Disaster Recovery methodology & technology
  • 3 years of experience writing technical or procedural documents
  • Must be able to participate in on call rotation as per business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure/experience with Project management
  • Solid analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication and visual presentation skills
  • Aptitude for being methodical, consistent, comprehensive, and thorough
  • Being detail oriented witha proficiencyin scrutinizing data for discrepancies andidentifyingpotential gaps and anomalies
  • Ability to collaborate within a complex matrixed organization and interact with technical, non-technical, and management staffSelf-motivated and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity and change 
  • Quality focused with continuous improvement mindset
  • Ideal candidate should possess the following: analytical/problem-solving skills, negotiation skills; verbal, written and visual presentation skills; consensus building ability; ability to collaborate and perform well within a complex matrixed organization
  • Able to interact with technical, non-technical and management staff

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
