  • Provide clear and concise executive-level updates and manage stakeholder communications effectively
  • Contribute to process improvements and standardization of workflows across functions
  • Support operational scalability and IPO readiness through improved coordination and execution discipline

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, or a related technical field (Master's degree preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of NPI processes and transitioning products from development to high-volume production
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, and product lifecycle management

  • Knowledge of quality systems, Design V&V, and change management practices
  • Korean language proficiency (written and spoken) is a plus

Key Success Factors:
  • Strong ownership and accountability for program outcomes
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority
  • Structured, detail-oriented approach to managing tasks and processes
  • Clear and proactive communication across technical and business teams

Travel:
  • Occasional travel may be required to support coordination with global teams and project execution
