Job description

Join our team and help create life-changing experiences for clients ages 7-40 with developmental disabilities.

Current shifts available:

  • Full-time weekends-Saturday and Sunday 7am-10pm
  • PRN-to work as needed as a sub, shifts vary

Job duties include:

  • Caring for clients with intellectual disabilities and autism
  • Assisting clients with daily living skills
  • Ensuring that clients are participating in planned activities

No experience with developmental disabilities? No problem!ย We prefer candidates with some background, but we're willing to train the right person who shows genuine interest and dedication.

What we need from you:

  • Valid driver's license requiredย -We do lots of events and field trips on the weekend.ย 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions)
  • Dependable- a consistent routine is important for our clients.
