Job Description:

Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota (CANMN) is currently hiring for part-time Direct Support Professionals to provide services to clients in the Duluth, MN area!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals on daily living skills, household tasks, personal hygiene, budgeting, and medication administration.
  • Transport and accompany residents in community activities, recreation and leisure activities. Company vehicles provided.
  • Provide and maintain a safe environment while implementing behavior management skills.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school degree, GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must pass DHS background study
  • Preferred: experience and/or training with individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities. No experience is required! All training can be done upon hire. 
  • Passionate about serving others!

CANMN is a faith based non-profit organization providing person centered services to adults with a variety of intellectual disabilities. PART-TIME HOURS (30 OR LESS):

Weekdays: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am

Weekends: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am

Level I DSP: $18.00 hourly on Weekdays / $19.00 hourly on Weekends
