We are seeking a customer-focused Deskside Support Technician to join our IT support team in Columbus, OH. This position will provide Level I & II support for desktops, laptops, and related hardware/software, working directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. Key Responsibilities: - Provide Level I & II desktop support for Windows 10/11 and Mac OS - Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, and peripheral issues - Manage imaging and deployment of new systems - Perform Active Directory administration (password resets, GPO) - Support Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange/Outlook troubleshooting - Maintain and upgrade systems, ensuring standard business applications and peripherals are operational - Resolve virus/malware issues and perform system clean-ups - Manage service tickets using ServiceNow - Assist with hardware distribution to nationwide locations - Maintain hardware/software inventory and perform warranty service tasks - Collaborate with team members and provide occasional technical guidance
