ABOUT THE ROLE

Arivonix is looking for a sales-driven Enterprise Sales Director with 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, especially in cloud/data warehouse or data platform or Consulting Services in Insurance/InsureTech Domain. This person will lead pipeline generation, own the full sales cycle, and build strong relationships across Insurance/InsureTech.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive outbound prospecting across verticals (insurance, finance, healthcare), leveraging existing relationships and networks
  • Proactively identify and engage enterprise buyers to build a high-value sales pipeline
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover clients’ data workflow challenges and pain points
  • Translate these insights into bespoke solution proposals, positioning Arivonix’s cloud/data fabric capabilities as high-impact answers
  • Take ownership from first outreach through proposal, negotiation, and closing
  • Partner with Product, Technical, Marketing, and Legal teams to craft compelling PoVs and offers
  • Develop regional account strategies and maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Meet or exceed ambitious sales targets with a consultative, value-focused selling approach
  • Cultivate deep, strategic relationships with executive and technical stakeholders
  • Understand vertical-specific challenges—especially around governance, compliance, and data workflows—to drive relevance and trust

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales of cloud, data platforms, or data warehouse solutions. Documented track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, navigating complex multi-stakeholder cycles
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory and data challenges in Insurance/InsureTech
  • Skilled in building and expanding client networks within insurance domain
  • Expert at diagnosing client needs and crafting tailored solution narratives and proposals. Comfort in mapping data workflow/management gaps to technical solutions
  • Strong proficiency in managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including conducting demos, negotiation, closing, and use of CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho
  • Exceptional at storytelling, persuasion, negotiation, and account leadership across executive-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated drive, independence, persistence, and a hunter mindset to navigate long sales cycles and maintain momentum
