Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Direct sales of xSuite solutions to new clients
  • Supervises regional sales managers and implements national sales plans.
  • Determines annual goals for the sales team
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual quotas for territories and projecting expected sales volumes for xSuite products.
  • Train new employees and ensure knowledge transfer
  • Maintains national staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees.
  • Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience within a Sales or related position
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of how to develop customer-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
