Service Director – Beltway Pools
Beltway Pools is seeking a proven leader in the pool industry to oversee our service division. Whether you’re an experienced Service Director looking for a better opportunity, or a skilled senior foreman/technician ready to step into leadership, this role offers the support and structure to succeed.
What You’ll Do

  • Manage and mentor service technicians & foremen
  • Oversee scheduling, quality, and safety on all service projects
  • Communicate with customers and resolve issues promptly
  • Track progress and order materials for ongoing jobs
  • Work closely with upper management to drive growth and results
What You Bring

  • 7+ years pool industry experience (required)
  • Strong organizational & leadership skills
