Schedule / Expected Work Hours:
  • 6-8-hour shifts
  • Required 1 weekend shift
  • Days and night shifts available

Job Summary
The essential duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Retreat Director position are designed to assist the Retreat Director in exceptional guest service and team member satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Directly assist the Retreat Director in supervising all aspects of Retreat operations, from driving revenue and profitability to managing inventory, ensuring brand systems and processes are adhered to with consistency through each shift
  • Assist as assigned with recruitment, hiring, training, developing and retaining top talent
  • Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; in-the-moment coaching, role-playing, and training are essential for the success of the Front Desk Team
  • Stay updated on all services, products, and promotions, and be diligent in setting an example for your team
  • Effectively manage team member schedules to ensure proper execution of daily operations
  • Collaborate with the Retreat Director to set individual team member and overall Retreat goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals
  • Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal as well as team goals

Qualifications
  • At least 1-year face-to-face sales or retail management experience
  • Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • At least 1-year experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of computers and standard software
  • Basic business math skills
  • Must be able to work varied hours including weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.
