SUMMARY OF JOB
The Director of Treasury Management reports to the Redeemer Health System EVP, Chief Financial Officer. The role of Director of Treasury Management requires overseeing the cash management, investment activities and risk mitigation strategies of the health system. Ensures financial stability and maintaining strong banking relationships. Responsible for determination of cash requirements, cash concentration, short-term cash investments and maintenance of appropriate cash flows.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate is required to have Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business management and a Certified Public Accountant or MBA preferred but not required. A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, accounting and/or global treasury operations. This will require a working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, as well as federal, state, and local tax reporting requirements.
The candidate must possess exceptional verbal and written communications skills. This position requires ongoing communications with other members of Senior Management on a routine basis. There is also significant and regular communications and interactions with personnel external to the organization - such as attorneys, auditors, bankers, consultants, and leaders from other healthcare organizations.
Strong knowledge of cash management, financial analysis, risk management, compliance requirements and treasury best practices. Knowledge of general treasury, forecasting, budgeting and financial modeling.
