About the Job:

Sets project and support delivery objectives that impact the organization, business processes, system technology, and align with corporate visions and strategy. Independently leads projects, support planning, coordination, and business integration to ensure effective implementation of department and cross functional strategies. Assists the Treasurer and other divisional leadership to ensure optimal efficiency, effectiveness, and quality to develop strategic and operating goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Executes on strategic business initiatives by setting project/support delivery objectives that impact the organization, business processes, system technology, and align with departmental and corporate strategies. Lead and influence cross-functional client and user experience initiatives and work efforts related to money movement, cash management, and risk management for the organization. Participates as a key stakeholder in cross-functional projects with an enterprise level focus.

  • Develops a network of company resources to drive strategies to all levels of the organization. Accountable for the development of communication strategies and executes communications with business clients, technology partners, vendors, field and leadership to build consensus, sell ideas and influence change that effect the business environment. Manages relationships with business clients to ensure key communications are addresses and expectations are managed. Act as a liaison between business areas and bank vendors, with responsibility to understand what business areas across the organization need, understanding what products and services banks offer, and matching the two to find effective solutions.

  • Participates in the planning, definition, design, development, and support of technology initiatives supporting Treasury. Supports overall direction and ongoing development of the vision.Continually evolves the systems and workflows based on directional, systematic and procedural changes made in support of the many priorities of the business and technical teams supporting the organization.

What Experience You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis in MIS or Business with emphasis in finance, economics,, accounting or equivalent with related work experience.

  • Minimum 10 years or more of experience/knowledge of business operations and processes. Proven ability to apply knowledge and perspective across departments.

  • Proven management skills including negotiating, leadership, delegation, planning and organization.

  • Proven ability to anticipate future consequences and trends accurately.

  • Proven ability to articulate and paint credible pictures and visions of possibilities and likelihood's.

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement of customer service and support.

  • Proven ability to influence change with diplomacy.

  • Proven ability to identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders representing a broad range of functions and levels.

  • Ability to build strong external networks with people in the industry and/or profession.

  • Proven ability to lead decision making process through idea sharing and consensus building.

  • Proven ability to handle ambiguity, exercise judgment and discretion when making final decisions

  • Possession of CTP highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Accountability: role independently drives enterprise initiatives across Risk Client Services, Retail Investments, Institutional Investments and within Treasury with high delivery ownership.

  • Attention to Detail: critical when working with ACH, wire, check disbursements and bank reconciliation processes where errors have downstream financial impact and can harm our clients.

  • Customer Service Mindset: supports the "daily firefighting" and rapid response work when ACH, wires or banking systems have issues.

  • Process Improvement: Mapped Advanced; core to the "project team, strategies, and systems work" description of the role and continuous improvement across money movement processes.

$118,960.00 USD - $178,440.00 USD

Structure 115:

$124,400.00 USD - $186,600.00 USD
