Treasury Analyst (Contract)
Denver, CO | 6-12 Month Contract | Hybrid Flexibility
Drive Cash, Liquidity & Strategic Financial Planning
Our client, a growing and highly respected organization in the Denver Metro area, is seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst to join its finance team on a 6-12 month contract engagement. This position will play a critical role in managing cash flow, supporting liquidity planning, optimizing banking relationships, and providing financial insights that help drive business decisions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a treasury professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with senior finance leadership on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity reporting
  • Prepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts
  • Monitor and analyze cash balances across multiple bank accounts
  • Support working capital management initiatives
  • Assist with debt compliance, covenant reporting, and lender requests
  • Perform bank account reconciliations and treasury reporting
  • Initiate and review wire transfers, ACH transactions, and banking activity
  • Analyze borrowing needs and investment opportunities
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities related to treasury functions
  • Identify opportunities to improve cash management processes and controls
  • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Executive Leadership on financial planning initiatives
  • Assist with treasury-related projects, ERP implementations, acquisitions, or organizational growth initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years of treasury, corporate finance, FP&A, or cash management experience
  • Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
  • Experience working with banking platforms and treasury management systems
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and forecasting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with debt management, credit facilities, or covenant reporting is a plus
  • Treasury, CTP, CPA, or CFA designation is a plus
Preferred Experience
  • Multi-entity or high-growth organizations
