Job description

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the Director, Total Rewards and People Solutions will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of global Total Rewards, including Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, and related capabilities. You will partner closely with Finance, Technology, Legal, and business leadership to ensure that compensation, benefits, HR systems, and people operations align with the organization's strategic objectives and values.

This is a role requiring someone who can operate both strategically and tactically. Building scalable programs while also driving execution and operational excellence. This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote and in-office work, including three days per week at our Ann Arbor headquarters.
