Job Summary
    The Regional Director, Technology Sales is responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding existing client relationships through a consultative sales approach. This role develops strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations, promotes AMN's workforce and technology solutions, and drives revenue growth through enterprise sales strategies. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare staffing, SaaS technology, VMS platforms, and complex solution selling, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and deliver customized workforce solutions.
    Job Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain strategic client relationships to drive revenue growth and long-term customer retention.
    • Identify new business opportunities and partner targets to expand market presence and introduce new service offerings.
    • Conduct outbound sales efforts, client meetings, presentations, and onsite visits as needed.
    • Build strategic partnerships with third-party organizations and industry stakeholders.
    • Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and profit targets.
    • Sell and promote workforce technology solutions, including VMS (Vendor Management Systems), SaaS platforms, workforce management tools,
    • Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and business reviews that showcase measurable client value and ROI.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience of
        Demonstrated success selling SaaS, VMS, MSP, workforce management, scheduling, or contingent workforce technology solutions.
      • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close enterprise-level technology agreements.
      • Experience building relationships with executive stakeholders and influencing strategic business decisions.
      • Strong understanding of healthcare workforce trends, staffing operations, and technology-enabled workforce solutions.
      • Experience presenting business cases, negotiating contracts, and driving adoption of technology solutions within healthcare organizations.
      Work Environment / Physical Requirements
      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate$86,000 - $107,000 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
