The Account Specialist will serve as the customer contact for accounts, facilitating all inside sales functions. Primarily providing technical support and quotations and for spare parts and general customer support.
  • Receive customer inquiries for spare parts and through direct communication from mills or through other internal teams.
  • Identify specific parts utilizing Valmet documentation systems.
  • Provide technical applications and customer quotations for spare parts.
  • Provide technical support for spare part coordinators, customers, and other sales personnel.

Requirements
Associate's Degree from a two year college in business or engineering or related field; 3 to 5 years customer service experience or experience in a technical capacity, preferably in the pulp and paper industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
