Job Summary: The Marketing Data Insights & Analytics Manager plays a critical role in transforming complex business, consumer, customer, and market data into actionable insights that drive growth across Retail, Foodservice, QSR, National Accounts, and Prepared Foods channels.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Management, this role partners cross-functionally with Brand Management, Sales, Revenue Management, Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, and Executive Leadership to identify trends, measure performance, and support strategic decision-making.
This individual will lead reporting and analytics initiatives across syndicated data, shopper insights, promotional effectiveness, pricing analytics, innovation performance, and customer-specific business reviews. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with commercial acumen and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Business & Commercial Analytics
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting for brand, category, customer, and channel performance
  • Analyze syndicated and internal data sources to identify growth opportunities and risks
  • Deliver actionable insights across market share, pricing, promotions, distribution, behavior, innovation, and competition
  • Support annual planning, business reviews, and strategic initiatives

Brand, Consumer & Innovation Insights
  • Partner with Brand Management to evaluate campaigns, brand health, and consumer engagement
  • Translate research into recommendations for innovation, packaging, messaging, and portfolio optimization
  • Identify emerging trends across protein, poultry, convenience, and prepared foods
  • Support innovation teams with opportunity identification

Reporting & Analytics Enablement
  • Develop automated reporting tools and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
  • Ensure consistent KPI definitions and reporting standards
  • Improve accessibility and speed of insights delivery
  • Train and upskill cross-functional teams on data and tools

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a strategic partner across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Support forecasting and pricing decisions with Revenue Management teams
  • Present findings in executive-ready formats
  • Manage multiple projects and respond to ad hoc needs
  • Data Governance & Continuous Improvement
  • Establish best practices for analytics and reporting processes
  • Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and predictive analytics
  • Manage vendor relationships and data subscriptions
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency

Experience:
  • 5-8+ years experience in analytics, category management, business intelligence, or consumer insights
  • CPG, food manufacturing, or protein industry experience preferred
  • Experience supporting Retail or Foodservice channels preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Experience with syndicated data platforms (Circana, Nielsen, etc.)
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated computer software skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced analytics certification preferred
