As our Senior Civil Engineer, you’ll be joining our growing civil engineering team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to develop a diverse range of renewable energy projects (PV, BESS, HV, Wind).
Job Responsibilities:
  • Senior Engineer will be the engineering lead on multi-discipline projects and interact directly with our clients. Coordinate with the hydrology, geotechnical, structural and structural engineering teams. This role leads technical resources for the civil engineering organization and is involved with many projects and clients on a high-level and mentors project engineers.
  • The role requires strong technical skills in Civil Engineering design including grading, drainage, erosion and sedimentation control, stormwater management and SWPP calculations and reports. Provide technical leadership for staff that utilize Civil 3D including alignments, profiles, and grading features to produce engineered construction plans.
  • Review and supervise calculations performed by others to ensure quality standards are met to stamp construction drawings and reports.
  • Oversees financials at a project level and completes proposals for PV, BESS, HV, Wind projects.
  • Assign tasks to direct reports consisting of junior engineering staff for Renewables projects.
  • Provide construction support to our clients.
Position Requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required
  • Professional Engineer required
  • Experience in data center and large-scale site development projects is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Civil 3D, HydroCAD.
  • Experience in renewable energy projects such as solar, wind, or battery storage is highly preferred.
  • 8 - 15 years of experience.
