Renu Energy Solutions is headquartered in Charlotte, NC, and is one of the fastest-growing residential and commercial solar providers in the Southeast. As we expand across North and South Carolina, we're building a team of driven professionals who are passionate about clean energy and building real careers. This role is ideal for someone who loves sales, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by achieving goals in a high-energy, growth-focused company.
Location: Must reside in, or be actively relocating to, the Cary, NC area.
This is a field-based sales role requiring regular in-person appointments at customers' homes throughout the Cary market.
Renu Energy Solutions does not provide relocation assistance or visa sponsorship for this position.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with inside sales to receive warm, pre-scheduled kitchen table appointments with homeowners, no cold calling required
  • Build strong customer relationships and close high-quality residential and commercial solar sales
  • Analyze homeowners' energy usage and educate customers on the financial benefits and long-term ROI of solar
  • Create customized solar proposals and pricing solutions tailored to each customer's needs
  • Manage and grow your pipeline using CRM tools and consistent follow-up strategies
  • Drive deals forward through excellent communication, responsiveness, and relationship-building
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while maximizing your earning potential.
  • Generate referral and repeat business by delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred. Solar, home improvement, construction, roofing, HVAC, or other in-home sales experience is a plus.
  • CRM experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills and self-motivation
