The Role at a Glance

We are excited to be hiring a Lead, Retirement Sale Support to our RPS Multi-Fund Product Team. in this role, you will provide support to the Multi-Fund block of business.  You will play a critical role as subject matter expert responding to inquiries related to the various Products, Contracts, Selling Group Agreements, exception management, and day-to-day administration at the product level.  

What you'll be doing

   Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, Compliance and Distribution to provide comprehensive support and insights to maintain and ensure the integrity of the Multi-Fund offerings.  
   Review and provide training for various business partners as requested, such as external Broker/Dealers, Financial Advisors and internal partners with RPS.
   Identify and direct cost saving and efficiency opportunities based on competitive intelligence, trends, and retirement plan expertise
   Participate in the Annual Prospectus update, partnering with Legal and Funds Management
   Monitor the book of business for trends, reporting and investigating anomalies 

What we're looking for

Must haves:
   5 - 7+ Years of experience with retirement products and/or services that align with the responsibilities of this position
   4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) 
   Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
   Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed and logical discussions/presentations
   FINRA Series 6 required within 90 days of hire

Nice to have:
   Prior experience with Lincoln Multi-Fund, IFA, GFA, GVA, and MFGVA products

The pay range for this position is $94,875 - $151,800 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees.  In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.  Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
