Join this new opening -Growing Hospitality &Entertianment group in Miami as the Director of Restaurants, where you'll lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of 3-4 vibrant restaurants and bars. We are a multi-concept venue featuring a sports bar, a polished casual lounge restaurant, and a lively nightlife concept. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited about contributing to our new openings in the greater Miami area as we expand our hospitality and entertainment brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant concepts, ensuring high standards in service and quality.
  • Manage and train front-of-house and back-of-house teams, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while optimizing operational efficiencies.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for each venue.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on expansion plans and new concept development.
