Director of Inside Sales – San Francisco, CA

What you’ll do:
  • Lead and expand the inside sales organization, managing ~10+ closers and SDRs across SF and NYC.
  • Scale outbound motion across SMB and mid‑market segments; carry team quota of $5–10M+.
  • Recruit, onboard, and level‑up talent—bringing followership and turning B players into A players.
  • Build and optimize sales systems and processes: forecasting, dashboards, CRM discipline, enablement, and training.
  • Partner with SDR leadership, marketing, and RevOps to increase efficiency and shorten sales cycles.
  • Drive accountability, performance reviews, and weekly data‑driven rhythm; instill a culture of winning and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales with direct experience leading outbound teams; ideally grew from SDR → AE → manager → director
  • Data‑obsessed, systems‑oriented sales operator who thrives on metrics, iteration, and scale.
  • Proven track record managing teams that have delivered $10M+ annual revenue growth and carrying team quotas of $5–10M+.
  • History of recruiting and retaining top sellers; ideally 10+ hires with multiple reps closing $1M+ annually.
  • Experience in SMB and mid‑market SaaS (restaurant, retail, or delivery tech preferred).
  • Comfortable in high‑performance, in‑person culture; onsite 5 days/week (SF or NYC).
