  • Drive outbound activity to generate new business and get CRST in front of the right people
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close on new retail programs
  • Partner with operations and implementation teams to ensure new programs launch successfully
  • Represent CRST's Home Solutions capabilities to retailer leadership in a credible, knowledgeable way
  • Maintain visibility into the final mile market, retailer delivery expectations and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy

  • Outbound activity is disciplined and sustained, with opportunities moving forward at a steady pace
  • Retailer relationships are built on trust and a genuine understanding of their delivery needs
  • New programs launch on time and deliver on commitments made during the sales process
  • You're seen as a credible peer by retail and 3PL leaders in the final mile space

What You Bring
  • Experience in final mile, home delivery or field service sales - either from the retailer side, a 3PL or a delivery provider
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop and close new business with national retail accounts
  • Working knowledge of final mile delivery models including furniture, appliance and big-and-bulky delivery
  • Comfort with outbound sales activity and consistent pipeline development
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage decision-makers at multiple levels

Going The Extra Mile
  • Existing relationships with national furniture or home goods retailers
  • Prior experience selling into or working within a retailer-managed final mile or 3PL environment
  • Track record of landing and growing large, complex retail programs
  • Familiarity with service quality metrics, delivery standards and brand protection expectations in home delivery
