Position Description
The Resident Reliability Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing and coordinating the daily, weekly and monthly activities to maintain, operate and support the E80 systems and equipment in dedicated customer plants. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, client maintenance and operation teams. This position will be 80% Hands on the equipment/system and 20% Supervising and Coordinating with other E80 staff and customer. He/She will be assigned to a specific customer's plant or to a group of plants.
The main goal is to deliver maximum customer satisfaction for any E80 customer service-related matters occurring in the plant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure equipment reliability and uptime through scheduled inspections, preventive tasks, and condition-based (on-failure) maintenance.
  • Diagnose faults and perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting to quickly restore performance.
  • Execute preventive maintenance per approved plans and document results.
  • Report activities, findings, and system performance to both the Customer and E80.
  • Build a strong Customer-E80 relationship based on trust, daily commitment, technical results, and equipment reliability.
  • Serve-together with the direct manager-as the interface across corporate teams to coordinate problem solving, on-site/remote operations, spare-parts supply, and quotations.
  • Participate in regular meetings with customer stakeholders.
  • Escalate and report anomalies to E80 and proactively propose solutions and corrective actions.
  • Deliver on-the-job training to customer personnel and maintain training records.
  • With the direct manager and Area Manager, identify and promote improvements, system modifications, and extensions.
  • Support on-site spare-parts inventory, set reorder points, and request purchases as needed.
  • In coordination with the direct manager, organize, manage, and keep any customer-required safety/security documentation current.
  • Organize and maintain the maintenance area, tools, and equipment provided by E80 and/or the Customer.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, equivalent maintenance management experience in the material handling and industrial machine design and manufacturing industries will also be considered.
  • 1+ years of proven experience in E80 with either field, project management or service executions as either reliability engineer, site manager or engineer.
  • Technical knowledge of E80 products, and in particular utilization of E80 GUI reports and system performance metrics.
  • Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience on all technical aspects of an E80 automation system (PLC, PC, LGV, EM).
  • CMRT, Certifications highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP system, CRM (Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and power platform.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration abilities. Be a change agent.
