Position Description:

Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is seeking a Management and Program Specialist 3 contingent upon award of the associated work. Work will be performed in Charleston, South Carolina and will include the following tasking: leverage information technology to develop and/or integrate complex data systems. The role focuses on aligning program objectives with financial, regulatory, and compliance frameworks across various funding streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirements analysis and knowledge analysis to support decision-making.
  • Apply project management procedures, including out-year budgeting for programs involving OMN, FMS, OPN, SCN, and RDT&E funds.
  • Develop and manage contract schedules, out-year planning, and POM budgets.
  • Ensure compliance through planning and program oversight activities.
  • Maintain familiarity with DoD standards and regulations, including FAR, DFAR, and OPM requirements.
  • Supervise and/or mentor junior personnel in the field.

Desired Experience:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of direct work experience involving the use of IT to develop and/or integrate complex data systems.
  • Experience must include at least three (3) of the following five (5) functional areas:
  1. Requirements analysis
  2. Knowledge analysis
  3. Project management procedures (including out-year budgeting across OMN, FMS, OPN, SCN, and RDT&E)
  4. Development of contract schedules, out-year planning, and POM budgets
  5. Compliance planning and program planning
  • Experience must also reflect demonstrated supervision or mentoring of less experienced personnel. Experience in the above areas may be concurrent.

Desired Education:

  • High School diploma or GED.

  • Active DoD Top Secret security clearance
