Director, 21st Century Program -- Abraham Lincoln School, Mary Snow School


Bachelor's degree and CHRC certification required
Experience with budgeting preferred
Experience with supervision preferred
Experience with curriculum development preferred



  1. Administers and directs all aspects of the program
  2. Is thoroughly familiar with the grant contract
  3. Assures adherence with the grant contract
  4. Responsible for hiring, scheduling, and supervising staff
  5. Supervises and monitors before-school, after-school and summer staff
  6. Develops and maintains community partnerships
  7. Approves expenditures in accordance with approved budget
  8. Manages the recruitment and retention of students
  9. Fulfills reporting requirements of the grant
