Job Summary:
MaineHealth is a healthcare organization seeking a Manager for Data Program Management. The role involves leading the operational infrastructure for analytics teams, translating leadership priorities into actionable work, and ensuring effective delivery of analytics within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• leads the operational infrastructure that enables analytics teams to deliver effectively
• overseeing how work is prioritized, resourced, tracked, and executed
• bridge analytics strategy and execution by translating leadership priorities into a coordinated portfolio of work
• maintaining visibility into capacity and progress
• removing barriers that slow delivery
• stay closely connected to the work to understand its value and risks
• manage program management and data literacy functions
• partner with analytics leadership—balancing structured processes with the flexibility needed in a dynamic analytical environment
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, information management, business, project management, or a related field required.
• More than 7 years of experience in program or project management roles, with demonstrated experience managing analytical or technology delivery portfolios in a health system or similarly complex environment.
Preferred:
• Master's degree in Health Administration, Business, Information Management, or a related field preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification preferred.
• Direct experience managing analytics program portfolios preferred.
