SUMMARY

The Program Manager is responsible for executing and coordinating staffing program delivery in alignment with internal priorities and Director level direction. This role manages day to day program activity, ensuring recruiting, operations, and support functions are aligned to meet delivery expectations.

The Program Manager operates as the internal execution owner, responsible for tracking progress, maintaining organization, and delivering accurate and timely program updates to the Director of Program Management. This position does not own the customer relationship but plays a critical role in supporting program performance, visibility, and consistency across all active work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Supports execution of day to day program activity across assigned accounts in alignment with Director guidance
  • Maintains an accurate and up to date tracker of all active requisitions including status, priority, and movement
  • Provides consistent program status updates to the Director including open roles, candidate flow, starts, risks, and gaps
  • Ensures recruiting activity is aligned to program priorities with clear visibility into pipeline strength and bottlenecks
  • Delivers weekly reporting that reflects current headcount, open demand, and overall program performance
  • Partners closely with recruiting to prioritize roles, monitor pipeline activity, and drive progress
  • Coordinates across internal teams including recruiting, HR, payroll, and operations to support delivery
  • Tracks purchase orders, billing alignment, and program level financial activity to maintain accurate internal visibility
  • Identifies risks early including stalled roles, candidate drop off, or delivery delays and drives resolution or escalation with recommended actions
  • Supports onboarding coordination to ensure smooth candidate start and transition into active roles with no missed starts or communication gaps
  • Maintains organized and current program documentation including trackers, reporting files, and internal notes
  • Prepares accurate data and summaries to support customer communication and internal decision making
  • Ensures execution aligns with contractual requirements and internal standards

KNOWLEDGE

  • Working knowledge of staffing and workforce delivery models
  • Familiarity with recruiting workflows and coordination across recruiting and program management
  • Understanding of program tracking, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Basic understanding of financial components including billing, purchase orders, and headcount tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with CRM or ATS systems preferred

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in program coordination, recruiting operations, account support, or staffing environments
  • Experience supporting aerospace, manufacturing, or technical programs preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast paced environment

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Work environment is in a climate controlled office
  • Regular physical demands include sitting for extended periods, repetitive hand use, and occasional light lifting
  • Schedule is generally Monday through Friday, 8 30am to 5 00pm with occasional extended hours as needed

  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • If a Security Clearance is required:
    • Candidates "must/may need" to be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
