THE ROLE
As the Director of Product Security, you will architect and champion the cybersecurity vision across the Everpure portfolio, embedding a secure-by-design mission into our global product ecosystem. Leading a high-performing team of product security engineers, you will partner closely with Engineering, IT, and Risk Management leadership to proactively mitigate threats and safeguard our end-to-end infrastructure. Your leadership ensures our customers can continuously trust the reliability of the Everpure Platform, successfully balancing robust, proactive defense with corporate business agility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Drive Cybersecurity Strategy & Roadmap: Define, document, and execute a comprehensive product security roadmap that enforces robust frameworks, compliance regulations, and security-first principles across all product lifecycles.
  • Lead & Scale Security Engineering: Mentor and grow a top-tier team of security engineers, optimizing technical workflows, succession planning, and training budgets to cultivate a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Oversee Risk Mitigation & Vulnerability Management: Architect end-to-end vulnerability management, code reviews, and threat modeling protocols to discover weaknesses and implement resolution strategies before exploitation.
  • Optimize Security Operations via Automation: Eliminate manual bottlenecks across the product ecosystem by identifying and implementing automated security tooling, CI/CD integrations, and high-impact third-party partnerships.
  • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

  • Expert Cybersecurity Leadership: Demonstrated capability in scaling, inspiring, and managing high-performing security engineering teams within fast-paced, multi-team environments.
  • Deep Technical Ecosystem Mastery: Proficient infrastructure knowledge across application security, APIs, public cloud providers, container services, and modern CI/CD platform security tools.
  • Strategic Risk & Budget Management: Strong business acumen with a proven ability to translate complex technical threats into clear risk-mitigation strategies for executive leadership, paired with accountability for multi-vendor tooling budgets.
  • Collaborative Influence & Communication: Outstanding communication skills to seamlessly bridge the gap between technical execution and corporate business goals, fostering an organizational culture of security trust and alignment.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$255,000-$408,000 USD
