Job description

We're looking for a Senior Director of Pricing & Monetization Strategy to join our Corporate Strategy team. In this role, you'll lead the evolution of our pricing, packaging, and monetization frameworks across our entire portfolio of products, solutions, and emerging AI offerings. The primary goal of this role is to act as the strategic connector driving customer value, revenue growth, retention, and operational simplicity across Procore.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, product commercialization expertise, and strong cross-functional leadership. They are equally comfortable shaping long-term monetization strategy with executives and rolling up their sleeves to drive execution across product launches, packaging redesigns, pricing governance, and commercial transformation initiatives.

This position reports to the VP of Corporate Strategy and will be based in our Austin, TX or Carpinteria, CA offices. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the enterprise-wide architecture for packaging, platform bundling, add-on systems, and segment-specific offerings to maximize customer success.

  • Partner directly with Product leadership to design forward-looking monetization models for new product launches, acquisitions, data and workflow products, and cutting-edge AI capabilities.

  • Evaluate and champion diverse monetization approaches, including hybrid, usage-based, subscription, and outcome-based structures.

  • Own the development of robust data frameworks to analyze win rates, price elasticity, and customer willingness-to-pay, translating insights into clear action plans.

  • Establish scalable, cross-functional pricing governance forums to streamline commercial approvals, pricing experiments, and global standards.

  • Drive high-priority migration programs and portfolio transformation initiatives that reduce commercial friction for both customers and sales teams.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, fostering transparent communication and collaborative decision-making across all global regions.

What We're Looking For
  • 12+ years of experience in pricing strategy, monetization, product strategy, commercial strategy, and management consulting.

  • Extensive experience navigating SaaS and recurring revenue business models, specifically within complex multi-product enterprise environments.

  • Proven track record of ownership over large-scale cross-functional transformations, ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across functions.

  • Deep technical comfort evaluating advanced monetization structures, including credit/token-based systems, consumption models, and AI commercialization.

  • Optimistic, solution-oriented mindset with the natural ability to simplify highly complex financial data into compelling, easy-to-understand strategic narratives.

  • Experience supporting product portfolio integrations following corporate acquisitions or geographic expansions (experience with $500M+ ARR preferred).

  • Exceptional collaborative communication skills that embody openness, helping build diverse, unified coalitions across matrixed organizational departments.
