Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a leading school district near Harvest, AL. What You'll Bring:

  • 1–2 years of RBT experience (school-based strongly preferred)
  • Active or inactive RBT certification (expired certifications are not eligible; status will be verified through the BACB system)
  • Ability to work the full, assigned school schedule with no flexibility for late arrivals, early departures, or modified hours
  • Willingness to work with students requiring possible physical intervention and to assist with bathroom/toileting needs, if necessary
  • Reliable transportation to and from your assigned school
  • Comfort with last-minute school placements, as these are typically communicated 1–2 days prior to your start date
  • Strong data collection and classroom behavioral documentation skills
  • Openness to either interviewing with the district or direct placement, depending on their current hiring process
