Nurture a child’s first five years by:
  • Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children
  • Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety
  • Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire
  • Managing operation of the school

Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain the high-quality culture for families and staff, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional environment aligned with Primrose values
  • Collaborate strategically with the onsite franchisee owner to uphold brand standards and elevate the school experience
  • Consistently uphold all Primrose Schools brand standards, delivering a high-quality, premium experience in every classroom interaction
  • Create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment for all children
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with children, parents, and staff to build trust and a strong community
  • Support each child’s individual learning needs while fostering social, emotional, and cognitive growth
