Robin Run Village, a vibrant senior living community, seeks a passionate and results-oriented Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our growth strategy. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing initiatives to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates across all living options (Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales & marketing plans aligned with Robin Run Village's overall vision and strategic goals.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and mentorship to maximize their performance.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, overseeing all marketing activities including lead generation, public relations, social media, and community outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare partners, and community organizations to generate qualified leads.
  • Oversee resident satisfaction surveys and implement strategies to continuously improve the resident experience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and ensure Robin Run Village remains competitive.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for Robin Run Village that resonates with our target audience.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales & marketing activities and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment within the sales & marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior living or healthcare marketing and sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing successful sales & marketing strategies that achieve occupancy goals.
