Your Role

As a Sales Counselor, you aren’t just selling a space; you’re guiding seniors and their families through one of life's most important transitions. You will:

  • Build Authentic Connections: Meet with potential residents and their families to understand their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

  • Showcase Our Community: Lead personalized tours of our campus, highlighting the amenities and services that make Robin Run Village home.

  • Drive Results: Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to move-in, developing strategies to convert leads into happy residents.

  • Be the Expert: Provide clear information on independent living, care options, and pricing while addressing questions with empathy and transparency.

  • Stay Organized: Maintain accurate records and schedule follow-ups to ensure every family feels supported.

Who You Are

  • People-Oriented: You have a natural ability to build rapport and connect with diverse individuals.

  • Experienced: You have at least 1 year of sales experience (senior living experience is a plus, but not required).

  • A Strong Communicator: You’re excellent at presenting information clearly and listening even better.

  • Self-Motivated: You are results-driven and take pride in your work, but you also value being a great teammate.

  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office and managing data.
