Job description

RCS Operational Performance Expert

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Billing and Collections team in the role of RCS Operational Performance Expert

This position serves as the subject matter expert for Revenue Cycle Services. It provides leadership across the division regarding specific education, training, and the management of changes related to Revenue Cycle Services requirements or regulations. Additionally, this role serves as a point of escalation for claim-related issues, providing independent review and monitoring of aged accounts receivable, as well as direct intervention where appropriate.

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

  • Bachelors degree preferred. Requires proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Requires Expert Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle.

  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Requires demonstrated ability to use analytical capabilities and business knowledge to understand complexities of industry and impact to business processes and methods.
