We are an established Burger King and Arby's franchise organization seeking a proven multi-unit restaurant leader to join our leadership team.
This opportunity is ideal for a high-performing Director of Operations, Area Coach, District Manager, or multi-unit leader with a track record of operational excellence, strong financial performance, and successful people development.

QUALIFICATIONS
โ€ข Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience required
โ€ข Burger King and/or Arby's experience strongly preferred
โ€ข Proven success achieving operational metrics above franchise system averages
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to improve profitability, sales, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
